We talked to the salesman in the office by the door on the left as you go in about trading a tractor on a gator he said he would call and go by the following Friday . We have not heard from him yet . They have lost my business I will get my parts from Kinston N.C from now on . That is a bunch of money you have lost due to poor Customer Service on your part . Thank You for not following up on a possible that you will not get not improve your bottom line on sales this year . So I will have to congratulate you for lost sales this quarter of 2016 .
